1. To appear the healthier behaviors in the community

2. To draw the implementation of the projects that helps prevent the communicable diseases among people

3. To cooperate and give hands in hands with the people and organizations when outbreak of communicable disease and disaster

4. To implement researches on data collection related to communicable diseases

5. To give prior to the children in need of protection from communicable diseases
